Cobalt Wine Bar & Restaurant is a place where you can dine in a casual but chic setting in Ho Chi Minh City. In this urban loft, on the 30th floor of the Pullman Saigon Centre, you can enjoy a bistro-style menu on their open-air terrace or inside. Their concept is sharing food with your friends and family to create your own culinary journey. Therefore, they serve their food on sharing plates for two or more people on communal tables.
The restaurant uses the highest quality sustainable products to create some of the finest Spanish-inspired tapas, which they combine with various meat and cheese plates. Besides this, there is also a steak menu with different imported cuts and an extensive wine list.
At the Cobalt Wine Bar & Restaurant, you find dishes like braised venison ossobucco (VND 520,000 or US$ 25), grilled line-caught sea bass (VND 520,000 or US$ 25) and teriyaki milk-fed veal tenderloin (VND 650,000 or US$ 30). Be sure try out some of their molecular dishes, like the liquid nitrogen ice cream ‘Cherry Ripe’ (VND 140,000 or US$ 6.50). All of this can be enjoyed while having some spectacular views of the city centre.
Once you’re done dining, you can go upstairs to the rooftop bar to finish the night while dancing under the stars to some tunes from their house DJ.
