Mi Quang Ba Mua

Mi Quang Ba Mua is arguably the best place to enjoy Da Nang’s quintessential noodle dish. A bowl of mi quang is priced at VND 25,000, consisting of turmeric-yellow rice noodles and bone broth that’s seasoned with fish sauce, black pepper, shallots, and garlic. Banh Xeo Ba Duong

Banh Xeo Ba Duong is located within a narrow alleyway on Hoang Dieu Street, where you can enjoy traditional banh xeo. Bun Cha Ca 109 has been serving authentic fishcake noodle soup to local residents for almost 50 years. The family-run eatery is located along Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, featuring a simple setup of plastic stools, low tables and ceiling fans. Priced at VND 25,000, a bowl of bun cha ca comprises generous chunks of grilled fishcakes (with black pepper), green onions, beansprouts, bamboo shoots, mint leaves, and fine rice vermicelli noodles. As with most local restaurants in Da Nang, a platter of fresh lettuce, beansprouts, limes, pickled shallots, and fish dipping sauce are served on the side.

Com Nieu Nha Do

Com Nieu Nha Do’s speciality is the lemongrass-flavoured rice served in a claypot that can be paired with a variety of side dishes. A ten-minute walk from Da Nang International Airport, the restaurant is popular for family dinners as portions are meant to be shared between three people or more.
